Coconut charcoal briquettes for shisha
We produce and supply 2 types of coconut charcoal briquettes for wholesalers and large-scale buyers of hookah charcoal. All coconut charcoal briquettes are made from 100% natural coconut shells.
There are two types of packaging: inner box and master box.
The inner box is a small box that contains briquettes in weights of approximately 0.5 kg, 1 kg, 2 kg, 3 kg, and so on.
The master box is a larger box that contains briquettes in weights of approximately 10 kg, 12 kg, 15 kg, 20 kg, and more.
Customers usually use both types of packaging (for example, a 1 kg inner box inside a 10 kg master box). However, some customers request only the master box without inner boxes. In this case, the products are packed in bulk inside the master box.
We also offer custom packaging. You can request to place your own brand design on the boxes. We will provide the box layout (technical template), while the design itself is fully created by you.

We carbonize the coconut shells ourselves at our production facility. This way, we can ensure consistent quality of raw materials and their regular supply.
Gas Ovens for Drying Coconut Charcoal for Shisha:
Gas ovens are more expensive to operate but provide a stable temperature. It is possible to quickly change the drying temperature. Most factories in Indonesia use wood-fired ovens, which makes the product cheaper, but the quality of the briquettes is unstable due to temperature fluctuations and the instability of wood combustion. The gas oven allows you to maintain the correct temperature and drying time of the briquettes according to standards.
We use 8 stages of quality control from raw material to packaging. We have fully integrated quality control in all stages of production, from roasting coconut shells to packaging in cartons. Factory experts are certified according to ISO 9001:2020 for quality control and production of coconut briquettes.
Shisha Charcoal Production Time:
- 10 days for a 20″ ft (18 tons) container
- 14 days for a 40″ ft (25 tons) container
